1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Pixel Haven website and our gaming club facilities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services or visit our premises.

2. Membership and Account

To access certain features of our services or to use our gaming facilities, you may need to create a membership account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Memberships are personal and non-transferable. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies or these Terms of Service.

Violation of this code of conduct may result in removal from the premises and/or account suspension.

4. Payment and Refunds

Payment for our services is required at the time of use or as specified in your membership agreement. We accept various payment methods as indicated at our location and on our website.

Refunds are issued at our discretion and generally only in cases of service interruption caused by our systems or facilities. No refunds will be issued for:

Violation of our Code of Conduct resulting in removal
No-shows for reserved time slots (without 24-hour advance notice)
Technical issues with your personal equipment
Internet outages beyond our control

5. Age Restrictions and Parental Consent

Pixel Haven enforces the following age policies:

Visitors under 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times
Visitors between 13-17 years of age may use our facilities with written parental consent
Certain games with mature content are restricted to appropriate age groups per ESRB ratings
We reserve the right to request proof of age and to refuse service if appropriate documentation cannot be provided

6. Equipment Use and Liability

While using our gaming equipment and facilities:

You agree to use all equipment according to instructions and for its intended purpose
You will be held financially responsible for any damage caused by misuse or negligence
We are not responsible for data loss or account security if you choose to log into personal accounts on our systems
We strongly recommend logging out of all accounts before ending your session

Pixel Haven is not liable for any personal injuries that occur while using our facilities, except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Pixel Haven name, logo, website content, and all related materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without explicit permission.

We respect the intellectual property rights of game developers and publishers. Any attempt to use modded games, unauthorized copies, or cheating software on our systems is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal.
